Spanning a career of over 25 years, Jimmy is an active strategist, innovator, and entrepreneur. He specializes in aligning corporate strategies with energy and climate outcomes, improving capital allocation decisions, and operationalizing strategic visions.

He serves as a non-executive director and board chair for the Center for Sustainable Energy, a San Diego-based non-profit that administers over $250 million in electric vehicle infrastructure and solar incentive programs across six US states. He also is the Venture Partner for ESG at Pi labs, Europe’s largest property technologies venture capital firm, and a research associate at Oxford Net Zero, where he focuses on aligning financial, energy, and carbon accounting systems. He is also a Visiting Scholar at George Washington University and has served as a member of the Technical Committee on climate change at the GRI, the world’s largest sustainability standard.

He holds degrees in material science and engineering from MIT and MBA and PhD in sustainable finance from the University of Oxford. He lives in the UK.
